Demi Moore has reportedly checked into a rehabilitation centre, just a fortnight after the actress’ emergency trip to hospital.
The 49-year-old star is receiving treatment both for an eating disorder and addiction issues, according to celebrity news website E! Online.
The report quoted a source claiming that Moore was on “lockdown” at the Cirque Lodge addiction treatment centre in Sundance, Utah.
Moore’s representatives have declined to comment on the report.
Moore was hospitalised on January 23, after she collapsed at a party at her home in Los Angeles.
The incident came two months after her high-profile split from actor Ashton Kutcher, and one month after the death of her former AA sponsor Patsy Rugg.
E! Online reported Moore had been at the rehab facility for at least a week.
The Cirque Lodge is a luxury addiction centre that has treated a number of Hollywood celebrities such as Kirsten Dunst, Lindsay Lohan and Eva Mendes.
