JENNIFER Aniston admits Justin Theroux reminded her of a serial killer when they first met.

The former Friends star says her boyfriend’s dark look and mood actually made her very wary of him on their first meeting.

“I met Justin about five years ago and I thought, ‘Woah he is very sweet and he was always very nice.’

“But I remember thinking he was very dark. At first you think he could be like a serial killer but he is actually the nicest person in the world.”

Meanwhile, sources say Aniston — who divorced Brad Pitt back in 2005 — doesn’t plan to marry Theroux — even though she’s told pals he’s her soul mate.

“Jen is happier than she has been for years and that’s all down to Justin,” a source said.

“They are committed to each other and see a future together but not as husband and wife. Jen has already told Justin that she doesn’t ever want to marry again.

“She wants a family and to settle down but marriage is just a bad memory as far as she is concerned.”

Bethenny Frankel Opens Up About Medical Woes

After bravely revealing that she suffered a miscarriage, Bethenny Frankel has also opened up about a serious health issue she recently endured.

Chatting with Bravo host Andy Cohen, the “Bethenny Ever After” star told, “As a result of that experience [miscarriage], I was on an antibiotic Doxycycline. I took it at night without any water, went to bed and it burned a hole in my esophagus.”

“I have a hole in my heart and my esophagus. But it’s okay — I’m feeling good. I wouldn’t be drinking a Skinnygirl Margarita if I weren’t feeling good,” she added, referring to her signature cocktail.

In another interview on the “Today” show this week, Frankel confessed she has been trying to make sense of it all. “There are so many…things that come with [miscarrying. You go through a roller coaster of emotions…About your age, about being a woman, about, can you have another baby, are you a failure to your partner? You go through a million different things.”

Stevie Wonder led celebrations for boxing legend Muhammad Ali’s 70th birthday at a charity party in Las Vegas.

Around 2,000 people, including singers, actors, athletes and former opponents gathered at the MGM Grand hotel for the bash.

Wonder sat alongside Ali on stage to sing Happy Birthday while friends and family danced and cheered.

David Beckham was among those who paid tribute to the star, saying: “Good evening, the man we celebrate tonight is a giant. Muhammad Ali has shown us one man can make a difference. His example of love, character, dignity, makes us want to be better. Muhammad Ali, you inspire me.”

US President Barack Obama sent his birthday wishes to Ali via video message: “Happy birthday, champ. As a fighter, you were something spectacular.

“You shocked the world, and you inspired it, too. And even after all the titles and legendary bouts, you’re still doing it.”

David Beckham took to the stage at the bash

Tennis champion Andre Agassi praised Ali for his work out of the ring: “Here’s a man who has always been true to himself, a man who’s always been speaking on behalf of those who don’t have a voice.

“He’s fought for hunger. He’s fought for equalities. He’s been tireless. He’s used his platform to do things far greater than what benefits him and I think he’s been an example not just to other athletes who strive to have his sort of impact but he’s an inspiration to all of us.”

There were also performances by Kelly Rowland, P Diddy, Snoop Dogg and Lenny Kravitz.

The gala’s attendees celebrated Ali’s life and an auction of sporting memorabilia helped generate millions of dollars for brain research, a cause close to him because of his almost 30-year battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Proceeds from the event went to the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and the Muhammad Ali Centre in Ali’s hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.

Motorhead: Don’t buy our new box set

(CNN) — Call it “Overkill” if you must, but the iron-fisted metal band Motörhead doesn’t want its fans to buy their extravagant new 15-disc box set that comes out Tuesday.

Why?

At over $600, it’s too expensive.

“Unfortunately greed once again rears its yapping head,” said frontman Lemmy Kilmister. “I would advise against it even for the most rabid completists!”

Housed in a Motörhead-style skull with red light-up eyes, the package includes the eight early albums — from the self-titled debut to “No Remorse” — plus the band’s early singles, along with some posters and a photo book.

“Motörhead have no control over what’s done with these early songs, and don’t want fans to think that the band is involved in putting out such a costly box set,” the band said.

The price for the “Complete Early Years Box Set” is similar to The Beatles 2009 Japanese remastered box set, which included 16 discs and a DVD, according the website most-expensive.net. The U.S. version can be purchased these days for less than $200.

ABBA’s nine CD box set went for about $500.

But are fans willing to slap down six big bills for set?

In the forum on the band’s official website, the limited reaction was negative.

“No way, there’s nothing new in that box, not even one new song,” said a fan, who goes by the handle MotorLaw. “For serious collectors only.”

At least one fan seemed tired of the new spin on the old albums.

“Except for the nice packaging it’s just a re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-release!” said Juggernaut.

If its fans aren’t spending money on the new box set, what would Motörhead have them do instead?

The band does have a new album and DVD out — “The Wörld Is Yours” and “The Wörld Is Ours – Vol 1 – Everywhere Further Than Everyplace Else.” Both were released late last year.

Sugarland says stage collapse was an accident

(CNN) — Attorneys for country duo Sugarland say concertgoers’ injuries from a deadly stage collapse last year at an Indiana State Fair were “their own fault” and they “failed to exercise due care for their own safety,” according to court documents.

Several families of victims from the August incident have filed a lawsuit against Sugarland, contending it was negligent in the stage collapse that left seven people dead and more than 40 injured. The incident occurred after a storm toppled scaffolding just as the country band was about to take the stage.

In its response obtained by CNN affiliate WRTV to the lawsuit, Sugarland’s attorneys denied negligence claims, calling the incident “a true accident, or act of God.”

The band also said “they had nothing to do with the construction of the venue” and did not have the final say if the show should happen or not.

“Sadly when a tragedy occurs, people want to point fingers and try to sensationalize the disaster. The single most important thing to Sugarland, are their fans … for anyone to think otherwise is completely devastating to them,” said Gail Gellman, the band’s manager.

An attorney representing the family of one of the victims blasted Sugarland comments.

“Sugarland’s response is a carefully crafted legal document that inappropriately attempts to distance the band from the responsibilities incumbent upon the show performers as to the safety of their fans … And this spin doctoring of Sugarland’s role in the case is both offensive and outlandish,” said Carl Brizzi.

He represents Heather Goodrich, who lost her husband in the collapse.

Earlier this month, Indiana State Fair Commission paid a $6,300 fine imposed after state workplace safety regulators concluded the fair failed to conduct an adequate safety evaluation at the fairgrounds.

Also the Indiana Department of Labor has announced penalties totaling $80,800 in the incident, saying various companies and the state fair itself failed to comply with safety precautions.

Court and state documents reveal differing accounts of what happened.

In an affidavit from a lawsuit against one company, the fair’s executive director says she twice sent the show’s promoter to talk to Sugarland in an effort to delay the show.

Twice the answer came back — we want to go on, according to the deposition by Cynthia Hoye, the executive director of the state fair, according to the court filing.

But in a separate document contained in a state report on the incident, Sugarland tour manager Helen Rollins said no one asked the band to delay its set.

The lawsuit, filed last November, seeks unspecified damages, WRTV reported.

TAYLOR Swift is amused by dating rumors.

The singer finds it funny when the media links her to various men.

“I do find it funny hearing about all these people I’m supposed to be dating,” says Taylor.

“Most of these guys I haven’t even met! Right now I am happy being single and I just leave it to chance whether I meet someone some day.”

Swift recently insisted she didn’t get down in the dumps about losing out on the singing star role in the musical Les Miserables because it was never hers in the first place.

“I didn’t miss out on the role for Les Miserables because I never got the role,” says Taylor.

“I was at home and I just started getting all these text messages from my friends saying ‘Congratulations on your movie role’ and I was like ‘What? I don’t understand! I haven’t got a movie role!’ So that is the real story.”

2012 Costume Designers Guild Awards: A Complete Look

Tinseltown always loves a good awards event, and on Tuesday night (February 21) the 14th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards came to Beverly Hills.

“Glee” actress Jane Lynch showed up at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel as host of the ceremony, as did big screen beauties such as Rooney Mara and Chloe Moretz.

Meanwhile, Kate Beckinsale was joined by husband Len Wiseman as she was the recipient of the Lacoste Spotlight Award.

Other fabulous stars in attendance included Penelope Ann Miller, Amber Valletta, Marcia Gay HardenMarcia Gay Harden and “The Office” actress Ellie Kemper while the night also paid tribute to Distinguished Collaborator Award winners Deborah Hopper and Clint Eastwood.

The organisers of the Brits have apologised to record-breaking star Adele after she was unceremoniously forced to cut short her acceptance speech for the top gong at this year’s awards.

The singer landed two trophies at the glitzy event when she collected the best British female award as well as the big title of the night, best album, for 21.

But a rambling acceptance speech by earlier winner Damon Albarn meant she was barely able to deliver a speech and she gestured with her middle finger in frustration on-stage.

Adele, 23, said the insult was aimed at “the suits”, after show host James Corden interrupted her to wind up her words.

Following the ceremony at London’s O2 area, the show’s organisers released a statement saying: “We regret this happened and we send our deepest apologies to Adele that her big moment was cut short due to the live show over running.

“We don’t want this to undermine her incredible achievement in winning our night’s biggest award, that tops off what’s been an incredible year for her.”

Adele’s success followed a colossal win at the Grammys a little over a week ago.

As she collected the best album prize for 21 – which has sold almost four million copies in the UK – she said: “Nothing makes me prouder, yeah, than coming home with six Grammys, then coming to the Brits and winning album of the year.

“I am so so proud to be British and to be flying the flag and to be in the same room as all of you.”

But seconds later Corden had to apologise as he forced her triumphant speech to end in a whimper.

The star – who made a show-stopping comeback performance with hit Rolling In The Deep earlier in the show – then made her rude gesture.

Adele was denied a hat-trick of awards by X Factor runners up One Direction – causing the biggest upset of the night.

The group, signed by Simon Cowell’s label, won best single for What Makes You Beautiful – the only award voted for by the public.

Ed Sheeran was also a double award winner at the Brits

Singer songwriter Ed Sheeran – who led the nominations with four – took two for best male and breakthrough act.

He thanked his manager for transforming a “spotty, chubby, ginger teenager” into a Brit-winner.

Apart from a few moments of light relief when a number of guests walked in front of the camera while James Corden was hosting, it was a rather sedate ceremony.

Florence and the Machine, Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Rihanna were among those who performed.

But it was down to Britpop legends Blur to really invigorate the show.

They performed some of their best hits including Song 2, Parklife with guest vocalist Phil Daniels and This Is A Low.

But as ITV struggled with timing issues, much of their 11 minute performance was not broadcast to the public.

The group, who will be performing at the Olympics closing ceremony , won outstanding contribution to music.

It comes 17 years after they won four awards at the 1995 Brits.

Among a very long thank you list, Albarn dedicated the award to manager Chris Morrison who “took four completely broke men and helped us in every way”.

Miley Cyrus’ Bicep Ink Job

Adding some new ink to her ongoing collection, Miley Cyrus hit up Studio City Tattoo in Studio City, California for a new tattoo on Saturday night (February 18).

According to a TMZ report, the “Party in the USA” songstress turned up for her appointment around 8 PM, arriving with a few pals and beau Liam Hemsworth in-tow.

As for the new tat, Miss Cyrus decided upon a meaningful message “Love Never Dies” for her left bicep, while the rest of her gang opted against any needlework.

The fresh ink was aplied by Studio City Tattoos’ own Illya, the same artist credited for designing some of Cyrus’ other markings.
